Green Space GIS, LLC provides strategic guidance to nonprofit organizations on technology governance, data strategy, and geospatial capabilities. My work is grounded in over 25 years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations. I understand your constraints, your priorities, and how to help you plan for the future. I serve primarily as a strategic advisor, helping you think through options and make informed decisions. I also mentor staff and serve as a senior advisor: an outside consultant who helps your team think through how to approach complex problems and find solutions that fit your organization. When appropriate, I can also guide or lead implementation, bringing together the right people and approaches to move your work forward.

  I advise nonprofit leaders and boards on technology risk, IT governance, and vendor oversight. This work is about translating technical complexity into clear, actionable recommendations that support your fiduciary responsibilities and mission priorities.

  Interactive web mapping & applications — Strategic guidance and implementation support for web-based geospatial tools and map-based communications. I help you envision what's possible, evaluate approaches, and then either guide your work with developers or implement solutions directly. This ranges from simple embedded maps to complex applications that engage your audience or support internal workflows—and includes creating print-ready graphics and static maps when that's the right communication tool for your needs.
